1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BPO Assistant CRM ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

BPO Assistant CRM is a Customer Relationship Management software designed for freelancers and BPO businesses. The Service provides tools and features to manage client relationships, track projects, automate workflows, and improve business productivity.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Current pricing is available on our pricing page and is subject to change with notice.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • Annual subscriptions are billed annually in advance
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

4.3 Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged according to your selected plan.

5. Refund / Return Policy

While our services are digital in nature, we offer a full refund if you submit a refund request within fourteen (14) days of your payment.

To request a refund, you must provide a valid reason for cancellation.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

If our system is unavailable due to prolonged technical downtime caused by our infrastructure, affected customers may be eligible for partial credit or extension of service.

Requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the incident.

7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription.

8. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any user who:

  • Engages in fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Attempts to reverse-engineer or exploit our system
  • Violates applicable laws or these Terms

9. Use of Service

9.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

9.2 Content and Data

You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by BPO Assistant and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BPO Assistant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BPO Assistant and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BPO Assistant operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
